This package includes a Basic Trust to help individuals control their assets after death. This could be used for minor children or adult children and is useful in situations where you don’t want the person(s) to have access to all of the assets at once.
Complex Estate Plan with Tax Planning
Fees will be determined on a case by case basis. Typically not needed unless assets exceed 1 million.
Includes:
Customized Estate Plan and Tax Plan. If you are above the state and federal tax exemption limits, then this plan will be necessary. In addition, if you have unique circumstances, this may be an option for you.
