Landlord Refused to Give Back Deposit

Clients apartment refused to return his deposit after months of him trying to contact them. They failed to comply with Texas Law Property Code 92.109 as it relates to returning deposits. Client hired us and we were able to get client more than double his deposit back. In addition, the client didn’t have to pay any attorney fees because the apartment complex was required to pay them.
