Client had her car repossessed after making a lump sum payment of $3,000 to cure the default. However, the creditor refused to return vehicle claiming she had to cure default (entire amount). Dealer auctioned the vehicle off and refused to turn over any funds to the Client. We were able to settle the case in less than 2 weeks. The client received a cash settlement and the creditor paid all of her attorney fees. In addition the creditor did a full deletion of the vehicle repossession from her credit which dramatically improved the client’s credit score.
